Yesterday, On July 14, 2024, an assassin with a snipper riffle shot Trump in the right ear from a nearby roof, Missing the kill shot by less than 1/4 inch.

In this thread, I will be as detailed as possible, going through the events as they unfold. This is being written just shy of 24 hours after Trump was shot. More facts may come out later. I will also avoid any speculation or conspiracy theories, sticking to the facts to the best of my ability.

Trump held a campaign rally in a critical swing state in Pennsylvania, rewarding the winning candidate with 19 electoral votes.

Moments before being shot, Trump was talking about illegal immigration. The #2 issue in the presidential election this year in many polls behind the Economy

Trump: "And then the worst president in the history of our country took over. And look what happened to our country. Probably 20 million people. And, you know, that's a little bit old, that chart that charts a couple of months old. And if you want to really see something that said, take a look at what happened."

Trump's sentence is Interrupted by gunfire. You can see Trump reach for his ear. When he looks at his hand and sees blood, he immediately drops behind the podium and is covered by the Secret Service.

A counter-sniper team is above Trump. They immediately return fire, killing the suspect.
