The video circulating online as an "English-language TV report" with russian subtitles contains no TV channel logos, source links, or official documents. It is a completely fabricated piece styled as news.

✅ In fact, this information is not true. The Center verified the original video and found that it was published on July 25 on the page of a children's basketball club — before the government resolution allowing men aged 18 to 22 to leave the country was adopted.
