The DOJ is dismissing a Biden-era lawsuit that falsely accused Georgia of changing its election laws after the 2020 election to suppress Black voters’ votes. This sham case peddled division over facts – we are ending it today. THREAD ↓ In 2021, Georgia passed SB 202, which secured elections with photo ID, tighter absentee rules, and expanded early voting. The result? Record turnout, including for Black voters, and historically smooth elections.
