For those of you who complain about Pharmacy Benefit Managers, you don't complain enough. This entire system is broken and they get to play the bad guy. The insurance companies & pharma co's share in the blame here 100%. They created them for a shell game. I'm currently on the phone with the third rep/supervisor tonight for @SkyriziUS, a psoriasis drug made by @abbvie. I'm 56 minutes into this call, & still holding. They are doing a "benefits investigation".
