Genuinely curious to hear people’s thoughts on seeing paid blogger ads/ partnerships on IG. I always see people either making jokes or critical comments and want to understand generally how people feel about it. Just wondering. I’ll give my thoughts too but y’all first 😂

Some of the most FRESH fish you’ll have in the area is at Fishnet inside of Mt Vernon Marketplace!

Yesterday, I was invited to taste the menu with fellow bloggers. Overall, the food was good!

1/ ImageImageImageImage Fishnet def lets the cut of fish speak for itself & I think it works for their concept.

Everything is lightly seasoned & you can add add’l sauces/spices after you receive your order. Ex: The lake trout & steak fish here are perfectly crispy but spices are added on top

One of my favorite happy hours is at Bar Vasquez in Harbor East. They have a $5 menu that includes a rotating cocktail, 2 or 3 wine options, and snacks. Great place for a nice dinner too. Here are some of the snacks and one of the cocktails (changes monthly). All $5 each and all very good. The dipping sauce for the fries is a malbec aioli. ImageImageImageImage

Diners in Baltimore!

My favorites are Pete’s Grille (Greenmount) and Paper Moon (29th St).

Where do you go for diner eats? ImageImageImageImage 📸:
1 & 4 are from Sip & Bite-great for late night but I had a bad experience my last visit so will need some time before I go back. On their good days, the sweet potato pancakes and milkshakes are great!
2. Shakes from Papermoon
3. Blueberry Pancakes & more from Pete’s Grille

I know I’ve give suggestions but want to hear everyone’s favorite vegetarian/ vegan spots in Baltimore.

The menu doesn’t necessarily have to be all veggie/vegan! ImageImageImageImage 1. Hawaiian Girl from My Mama’s Vegan on Greenmount ! You all know how I feel about this place. 😍
2. Grilled Peaches over arugula with candied curried pecans from Tom Cat’s Kitchen (this isn’t always available but catch them at Waverly’s farmers market)

Smashing Grapes Kitchen + Wine Bar in Annapolis opens today!

I was invited to try some of their menu last night and loved everything. I think this will be a great date night spot. ImageImageImageImage This candy apple cake was incredible! Highly recommend leaving room for this. I did try one cocktail called Lavender Field. Gin based and very good. ImageImage
