1./ William McKinley (1843- 1901) the 25th president Of the USA did not want war. He had been a soldier in the civil war and knew the cost. He literally wept at the thought of war with Spain (Cuba). 2./ He was manipulated by traitors and the Evil British Empire. The Brits support the Confederates during the Civil war and assassinated Lincoln. They also assassinated William McKinley.
