Why did Deputy SecState Chris Beall leave his office right as the DOJ is looking into Tina Peters’ case. This enquiry inevitably leads to CDoS and COAG.

The new Deputy SecState is a fmr Perkins Coie Lawyer. Convenient.

Just as the heat is coming to CDoS Beall bails and the office girds for the inevitable legal reckoning.

It’s gonna be an unseasonably hot spring in CO. Appointing Perkins Coie alum to senior positions in SecState’s Offices & acting as counsel is nothing new.

Years-long pattern includes: Arizona, Minnesota, Washington, Michigan, Georgia, and a strong showing in Colorado.

DEVELOPING: SecState Griswold’s Password Breach Forces CO County Clerks Into Legal Jeopardy.

1. CO County Clerks are ultimately legally responsible their county voting equipment & accuracy, legality their election admin.

2. Griswold’s and Beall’s password publishing security breach, has been confirmed, started in June 2024 - during CO primaries.

3. Griswold & Beall knew about the pword breach for days, while CO was voting.

5. When CO CCRs were finally alerted via phone, Griswold was not on the call - Dep SoS Chris Beall ran it.

6. As of today Griswold has not met with, or addressed Clerks personally.
