I am at the who cares portion of "was it an EF-4 or EF-5 tornado." I can tell you @AlaStormTracker and I surveyed over 100 miles of damage from Cayce to Bremen, Kentucky and I have a few important takeaways from seeing the damage first hand.

🧵 1. In the direct path of the tornado every single home and commercial building was destroyed to an uninhabitable or unable to conduct business state. What wasn't completely leveled and/or swept away by the tornado will likely need to be torn down and rebuilt.

I share the frustrations, Aubrey. And I know this isn't anyone's fault per se. There should be a simple way to see confirmed tornadoes. What abt a simple google map of tornadoes, then link the icon to the details in the DAT. Layer it by years. Or just a simple .CSV file. 1/4 ImageImage I know that many times you cannot confirm what you don't know until after a survey is complete and I more than understand the reasoning. It's hard to believe there isn't a master list in excel format or visually on a map of confirmed tornadoes from the NWS. 2/4

Thread: I have tried hard to tune out the unrest and DC being on lockdown going into the inauguration next week, but what I see happening right now in the air around the country has me concerned. In short, the Gov has to have intel of some BIG TIME security threat.

Here we are 3 days out from the inauguration and across certain capital cities, there is already hard recon in place over statehouses. In Cola, Richland County has been in orbit over the statehouse for over 2 hours nonstop.
