He said no all five times and even admitted, "this was crafted to suit the facts and circumstances." 2. Over the last 30 years, no one had been charged under 26 U.S.C. § 7203, as a stand-alone misdemeanor using the same prongs as Mr. Biden. See below. Why is that? Is #HunterBiden receiving special treatment?
