Imo state has been a flashpoint for all manner of attacks by some elements for some time now.
The happenings within the state, calls for urgent attention to pause and think where possibly the instigation of unrest in the state must have emanated from . It is obvious that certain aggrieved political overlords are not happy having lost to hold grip of the state hence engaging and siding with unscrupulous elements to make Imo State ungovernable for Gov Hope Uzodimma.

Meanwhile, according to a report from @Vanguard_Group
Operatives of the Nigeria Police Force and their counterparts from the Nigerian Army and DSS in a joint operation, in the early hours of today 24th April, 2021 stormed the operational HQs of Insurgents (IPOB Militias) in Awomama Village Oru East LGA of Imo State. Reports claim the Insurgents are responsible for the attack on the Imo State Police Headquarters and the headquarters of the Nigerian Correctional Service on 5th April, 2021.

According to a statement by Hon. Declan Emelumba, Commissioner for Information and Strategy in Imo State, gallant security operatives this morning repelled an attack on the Omuma country home of the governor of Imo State, Sen Hope Uzodimma. At about 9am today, Saturday, April 24th, a group of hoodlums numbering about 15 driving in a motorcade of three vehicles accompanied by a tipper loaded with used tyres, stormed the country home of the governor in Omuma, Oru East LGA and attempted to burn down the house.

Lagos State Governor, @jidesanwoolu will, on Thursday, launch the State's five-year Agricultural and Food Systems Roadmap (2021-2025) at the Continental Hotel, Kofo Abayomi, Victoria Island Lagos.
The State Commissioner for Agric, Ms. @Abi_Olusanya disclosed this in Lagos Ms @Abi_Olusanya noted that the roadmap focused on the development of agricultural value chains where the @followlasg has competitive and comparative advantages in order to ensure that the State’s self-sufficiency in food production moves from 18% to 40% in the next five years.
