Karnataka DCM @DKShivakumar rapped a resident who questioned the delay in amending Karnataka Apartment Ownership Act, saying he had gone to jail for opposing PM & HM and nobody could warn or caution govt. "I called you (apartment owners) to help, but you can’t threaten this govt. I'm a resident of Bengaluru. I have owned & built many apartment complexes& know the voting pattern in apartment areas, but we still want to help you. I may be hard & tough, but I'm open-hearted". Deputy CM @DKShivakumar said state plans to introduce Karnataka Apartment Bill 2025 to protect apartment owners and residents.
