People still win lawsuits against the governments.

Did you know that whole life insurance predates the income tax code therefore a policy is a private contract and falls under contract law—

With one exception, if you try to put too much money into it too soon, it can be reclassified but here’s the good news—

We structure your policy so that never happens and you get to continue to enjoy the privacy of owning and controlling your banking system. Shows you how much I live and breathe this stuff because I just tweeted this in between sets at the gym 🤣

I had a business before I started Twitter but Twitter changed my business and my life—yet I still feel like I’m just getting warmed up. In December of 2018, I joined Twitter and began making connections and promoting my business. I had been teaching the Infinite Banking Concept to friends, family, and acquaintances but I really saw our business explode when I started teaching people here.

The Inconvenient Truth of Compounding Interest:

Everyone knows that they want compounding interest on their long-term money. But what conveniently gets left out of the conversation is you cannot achieve true compounding inside a 401k.

Let me explain: Compounding interest is often referred to as the “eighth wonder of the world” because of its ability to create wealth over time. Compounding interest occurs when the interest earned on an investment is reinvested, allowing the investment to grow at an exponential rate.

16 Uncomfortable Truths about Status Creep

1. A good way to check yourself on a big purchase is to ask yourself

“If no one ever knew I had this; would I still want it?”

Opting out of the status game is where you’ll find fulfillment 2. Wanting to impress others with status symbols is a sign that deep inside, you're sad.

3. If you’re pursuing wealth you better put the blinders on. Shiny objects will throw you off quick. Status is a myth anyways.

For my homies who need encouragement in their marriage:

🎶 Love is not a place to come and go as we please
It's a house we enter in, then commit to never leave
So lock the door behind you, throw away the key
Work it out together, let it bring us to our knees 🎶 🎶 Love is a shelter in a ragin' storm
Love is peace in the middle of a war
And if we try to leave, may God send angels to guard the door
No, love is not a fight
But it's somethin' worth fightin' for 🎶

Ralph Waldo Emerson said " The purpose of life is not to be happy. It is to be useful, to be honorable, to be compassionate, to have it make some difference that you have lived and lived well"

👇 I don't know what the faith of Mr. Emerson was but his point is so in line with our mission as believers in Christ. Pastor Afshin Ziafat said "Our goal as a Christian is not to extend our days but to spend our days on mission for the cause of Christ".

Have you ever learned about Average Rate of Return vs Actual Rate of Return?

Most financial planners will never bring this up

Let’s say I invest $100K into the market in a growth stock fund that does 100% the first year. Sweet I have $200K Year 2 the market drops 50% dropping me back to $100K

Year 3 is another incredible return year of 100% getting me back to $200K again

Year 4 I experience another 50% drop bringing my money back to my original $100K

The AVERAGE Rate of Return is 25%.

Did I make 25%?

Here’s why what you think you know about interest; just isn’t so:

Interest RATES don’t matter as much as the VOLUME of interest you pay

Typical American stays in a home around 5 years before relocating for various reasons

[ THREAD] Interest is front loaded on loans which means if you clear the calculator every 5 years you’re paying 50-80% in interest alone!

This lack of education and knowledge is why the average American in their lifetime will pay roughly 34.5% of every dollar they make to interest alone!

How (Don’t vs Can’t) Can Be Positive
🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥

A study I heard recently was about 3 groups of 10 people

They were given the challenge to exercise each day

One group was told each day to tell themselves “I can’t miss a workout.”

Thread👇 Another group was told to tell themselves each day “I don’t miss a workout.”

The third group was told not to say anything to themselves.

The results were fascinating.

Of the group that told themselves “I don’t miss a workout”; 8 out of 10 did not miss a workout
