At the 2022 #GlobalFashionSummit organised by @GFAgenda, our Executive Director, @fbrooksworth, spoke in a panel titled 'Histories and Futures for Fashion Education'.

In this panel, Frederica highlighted ways colonialism and imperialism show up in the global fashion industry. She identified the following points:

✅ In the workplace, it is rare to see black professionals in c-suite and board positions in the fashion industry;

✅ In education, there is a lack of representation of people of colour that is heavily reflected in the
