Oleksandr Prokudin, the head of the Kherson region, is ordering an evacuation and models show the area could suffer severe flooding. Mayor of Kherson posted this to Telegram:

“In 5 hours, the water level will be at a critical level. The evacuation of people from dangerous areas began.”
