Artificial, societal norms influenced psychiatry's labeling of conduct--& were often codified into law
E.g. cross-dressing--a fashion choice--labeled a mental disorder? @aurelliakemp15 @preed2000 @geep_see @jaded_shaded @MsBlaireWhite Clothing & hairstyles are not "biologically determined"--they're relatively arbitrary, & vary GREATLY over centuries(& millennia) & among diff.locales!

AMA was arrogant & INCORRECT:
deeming fashion choices mandatory
&
demonizing sexual options (interracial or homosexual mating)
