This is my understanding of what happened. Superchief was approached by a rep of Paris Blockchain Week while at NFTParis. They talked on the exhibition I co-curated & at the end, they asked Superchief if they wanted to exhibit an artist at the Louvre. Very specific wording, multiple times, for over a week. AT the Louvre.

This is the "easy" version, which requires more VRAM--I'm aware there are alternatives.

If you don't want to train your own models, just make AI art with other peoples models (much easier & free), skip to step 3. 1) Figure out how much VRAM you have--& make sure its Nvidia. You can find this on windows by going to device manager, display adapters, then googling the name of your GPU to see the VRAM number.

In the interest of pushing AI art's aesthetic by increasing range, here's a visual thread of tips, tricks, and expanded possibilities for several AI-Collaborative tools.👇🌟 1) Dalle2. Dalle has exceptional range, and is great at creating spaces and filling them with details. Currenrly less good at faces.
Tips: (both using a Midjourney piece)
1) You can upload your own images to create variations. 2-3) You can use inpainting to create new sections.

This is an extremely transparent, extremely vulnerable thread about my personal current struggles with scarcity. It’s long (18 tweets). Please read it anyway. I’m not the only artist (or collector) who is affected by these concepts, & we don’t talk about them. I recognize not all artists will resonate with this thread. I’m very privileged to have these worries, but I know there are many artists and collectors who also struggle with them, and many more who will, given time. This is my current experience, & I welcome hearing yours.

Been brewing on the concept of fair use and ownership for half a year. Have changed my perspective as a result of working with AI. If you're interested, more below👇 GAN by nature is collaborative, built on the work of countless images created by others. It's a lineage, not unlike genealogy. Using "seeds" of images would create work in that family tree that bear a resemblance to, but do not directly copy, the original.

Part 2 of things I've learned this year below 👇🌸 25/ Ambition in negative aspect is insecurity chasing fullness--and it will never be enough. Don't stop pushing, but take the time to ask yourself why you're driven, break that down and work on each piece. You're worth it.

In 2021 I went from obscurity to having art in Times Square, from 500 impressions/month to 5 million, poverty to buying my mom a home. I'm extremely blessed--& extremely lucky--but I want to share what I've learned, too.
