SALAFI CONFUSION ABOUT "TAWHID" and "SHIRK UR-RUBUBIYYAH"

Salafiyyah appear to now be shifting the goal posts after the pressure that Sunnis are now piling on them.

This is very interesting discussion and I'd like to summarise the alarming errors the Salafi committed...

1) The Salafi conflates "rububiyyah" with "tawhid ur-rububiyyah".

Tawhid ur-rububiyyah is to ascribe ALL attributes of Lordship to Allah alone. Ascribing 1 attribute of rububiyyah to Allah is not TAWHID ur-rububiyyah. Come on Salafis! It's a simple point about numbers.

1/6) The hadiths by Abu Dawud and Khatib al-baghdad tell us that the 1 sect of out of the 73 that's saved is As-Sawadul Adham (The Vast Majority). The 4 schools of fiqh and the 3 schools of creed have always represented the majority.

Next... @FloidHidden @ali_aqeedah 2/6) Salafiyyah know they're a minority and to protect themselves they reproduce statements from the salaf to suggest that the minority in the Ummah can be the saved sect. Ibn Mas'ud's statement was said to ulema who lived in Baghdad during the emergence of an early heresy.

[5] Conclusion: the "partners" the mushriks ascribed to Allah were their lords and the talbīyah is evidence 𝑎𝑔𝑎𝑖𝑛𝑠𝑡 Salafis, not for them.

@SalafisUnveiled @AlShurahbeel A jamāʿ is represented by it's beliefs. If those beliefs are kufr, the jamāʿ is kufr. But the individuals within it cannot be judged kuffār. If they have affirmed the shahada they are regarded as Muslims - even if they claim affiliation to that jamā... @SalafisUnveiled @AlShurahbeel Every Muslim is, by default, presumed innocent if they manifest kufr by the following excuses:

• ignorance [juhl]
• interpretation [ta’wīl]
• compulsion [iqrār]
• slip of the tongue [zallatul-lisān]

• irrationality (i.e. insanity, childhood, etc.) [junūn]...

HOW IBN ABDUL WAHHAB CHANGED THE SHAHADA [THREAD]

• MIAW redefined ilāh
• used this to redefine the shahada
• made takfir on anyone who disagreed
[15-19] contradicted the Salaf
[20-21] killed Muslims who opposed him
[22-24] Review Salafis, it's normal to be upset when your beliefs are challenged. But a bricked-wall defensiveness is a sign that Allah left you misguided. Before reading, please make a duʿa for guidance, from wherever it may be🤲

Forgive me brother, but I fail to understand the Salafi distinction between tawassul (e.g. using your good deeds = halal) and istighatha (using a wali/prophet = shirk)... @TovbEdnGecOlmdn @SalafisUnveiled @Abu_Fatima44 @IbneKhan01 ... The wali or prophet is a creation of Allah who has no power or ability.

Your deeds are also Allah’s creation & have no power or ability. “Allah created you and what you do.”

If Salafis say it's shirk to use one powerless creation as a means to Allah (i.e. a prophet)...

[THREAD] UNDERSTANDING PAGAN GODS... AND WHY IBN ABDUL WAHHAB DIDN'T UNDERSTAND SHIRK

A polite Salafi brother sent me this hadith (online Salafi edition) as evidence the Jahili Arabs believed in Allah's sole rububiyyah (Creator, Sustainer, etc)

Let's break this down inshallah 1) The mushrikun said Allah had no partner. The Prophet ﷺ then condemns them. Why? Because they also said Allah DOES have a partner but that partner has no mastery over Allah. I.e. there's another being like Allah (co-sharer in His attributes) but Allah is stronger than him.

THE MUSHRIKŪN OF ARABIA HAD ZERO TAWHID... ZERO.

Ibn Abdul Wahhab (MIAW) misused verses of the Qur'an to claim that the pagan Arabs believed Allah was the ONLY Lord (creator, sustainer, etc) but they worshipped many gods.

This is kufr as it contradicts the Qur'an.

He used... ... these verses to say that Muslims were identical to the mushrikūn & should likewise be fought & killed. What followed was a religious genocide.

The verses are: 10:18; 10:31 23:84-90; 29:61; 39:38

Salafis use them as weapon to strike believers.
