I don't mean this for attention and I'm absolutely fine and safe, but my mental health has taken such a dive. I feel like something inside me has broken watching what's happening in Gaza. Is anyone else feeling the same? I mean that I don't think this is a depression depression, I think it's a perfectly rational emotional response to watching something horrific. There's no real cure for it, only that we have to keep trying to do all we can to help.

If you already follow me or watch my videos you'll know that I am firmly on the side of a woman not being racially abused, smeared, almost assassinated (and I mean that, since she was driven to thoughts of suicide - horrific). I'm not 'Team Sussex' bc I don't buy into that

I really don't understand the scale of the anger against Harry and Meghan. I understand disliking various public figures, but this is something different. It feels very personal to people. It's like they seem to be watching a soap? Or a pantomime? Really odd. I know it's stirred up by the tabloids, but still, surely any of us can see that papers will always have making headlines and scandal as a priority, and that their narratives are rarely going to be accurate, especially when they make money from drama.

People following me because they think I'm Team Sussex, no disrespect at all and I respect you enormously but I'm not in support of any sort of team or title, I just despise the abuse of the system, and believe both Harry and Williams are victim of something heinous. I reject the idea of Harry as good William as bad and vice versa. These are two kids, two innocent little boys who were born in, have had their relationship as siblings strained by this abusive situation - one is being eaten alive, and the other seems scared into complicity.
