So much misinformation already circulating on the @ucu dispute resolution offer. Especially offensive is the idea that this represents a victory on casualisation. Any permanent member of staff making this case should be ashamed. This is the great win on zero-hour contracts: The terms of reference for negotiating on casualisation make no commitments to bind employers to any framework and theres nothing concrete on any type of precarious contract.
