You speak about its urgency, but you've yet to reveal details regarding eligibility, amounts, or even a timeline. Disabled Canadians & Families of those with #pwd cannot afford to wait 3 years for the "consultation" you wanted to do in the 2021 Budget. Has that study even fully started, by the way? You brought up the DIAP again, is that part of the study or a separate thing?
