A mutual asked me for some basic reading materials on Israel and Palestine, so thought I would post it here also. It's not an exhaustive list obvs, but hopefull will be of some use to those interested:
1) Palestine and the Arab-Israeli Conflict: A History with Documents- Charles D. Smith. Prolly the best single volume work on the topic, very balanced and fair, with over 40 primary documents included in the appendices.
