The Cth Govt has introduced a Bill to achieve by statute what it failed to achieve by argument in the AAT: that National Cabinet has the same secrecy as federal cabinet under Cth law (Schedule 3 of this Bill; the rest is just housekeeping to update language post-COAG) 1/5 This extends to any "committee" of National Cabinet (are these officials?
