Took an @IndiGo6E flight on 3rd Jan from Riyadh to Surat via Delhi. My bags were tagged for STV (Surat) and I did think that I will receive my bags at the Surat airport, but - as I found out later - according to the laws, I personally have to custom clear it in Delhi ...... and then re-check-in there for Surat.
I had 7 hours layover in Delhi. Because of my misunderstanding, I left the landing terminal T3 and headed out without taking my luggage. After some 1:30 hour, I receive a phone call from @IndiGo6E personnel explaining the situation.....
