I do, yes. I tried to pretend for a long time I didn't have a problem and it was my fault socializing with new people was so challenging.

It's a constant battle. My advice for your nephew? Try to slowly work out of your comfort zone. Take baby steps to help ease your nerves. Quick story... I remember when I first became a beat reporter and covered my first Seahawks game in 2018.

I wanted to do the best job I possibly could. But I'll admit... I was worked up beyond belief as I got to the stadium. I'd never interviewed a player in person before.

Thanks to @steezyasmith for having me! I appreciated talking football and other topics - listen at the link below! One of the topics we dove into extensively that I think may be worth your time - I've been pretty open about my battles with social anxiety over the years.

My hope is I can provide as much support as I can for those who are struggling to cope with the disorder. It's not easy.

History has shown time and time again Super Bowl winners can't be built solely through free agency. But the Bengals provided the latest proof big investments in March can pay dividends in January.

Here's hoping #Seahawks GM John Schneider took notes:
si.com/nfl/seahawks/n… I've seen talk about going all-in like the Rams did... The Seahawks have not been afraid to trade first round picks away for players. And the results haven't been ideal.

Want to get over the top? Think this article showcases Seattle's biggest roster building deficiency.

When @allaroundplays was first discovered in middle school, those who observed knew they were witnessing a special athlete.

On his path from Bluffton to the #Seahawks, aided by countless supporters in his corner, he has proven to be far more than that.
si.com/nfl/seahawks/n… Special thanks to all of Eskridge's former high school coaches who spoke with me before I wrote this piece. I couldn't have done it without them.

Watched six full games for Carlos Hyde from 2019. A few quick thoughts before I share more details on upcoming film breakdown... As a runner...

1) Consistently pushes the pile at tackle point. Rarely gets brought down without at least falling forward, usually drives forward for extra yardage. Not going down to arm tackles.
2) Quality jump cut at line and in space allows him to make defenders miss.
