A thread about caring and not caring.

This afternoon I was cycling through the city centre when I saw a child I know out cycling. We both greeted each other and I shouted 'safe cycling!'.

A km or so later I saw 5 cars parked on Mulgrave Rd in the 24 mandatory cycle lane Had strong reason to believe said child would be cycling on this road.

Heart sank. But Madonna del Ghisallo must have heard my prayers as I saw a Garda writing tickets on North Main St.
