Here are my takeaways from yesterday about the @Pac12 and realignment prospects based on the various interviews conducted yesterday with @Kliavkoff . …—-> The first takeaway is fairly obvious: the #B1G is running the show here. So, the future of the @Pac12 and @WSUCougars status as a Power 5 program follows whether the Big 10 decides to add schools when they finalize their tv deal next month.

A couple quick thoughts to all of this…(1) Trying to poach SDSU is smart. (2) anything to destabilize the @pac12 is smart. But why? The reason is as follows. The @pac12 isn’t going to merge with the Big12 because it’s inferior academically. So the only thing preventing a super conference battle between the SEC and the Big10 is an ACC-Pac-12 alliance.
