A shooting incident took place in Stanger, KwaZulu-Natal yesterday evening, 10 March 2021, the incident is presumed to be a taxi related violence. The gunmen shot the taxi association member and tried to evade but it was a bit too late as police & security officers pursued them, the suspects started shooting at the members who then retaliated and shot back. The shootout went on until a motorist got involved in a crossfire and one perp got shot by the police, the other perps managed to evade the scene and they are being sought.
