Thread - In my quest to find out who owns the licensing rights to Tales from the Crypt, I came upon some interesting info on the website for the United States Patent and Trademark Office. I don't understand all of the legal jargon, but it looks like there is an ongoing lawsuit between the owners of the original comic books and Tales from the Crypt Holdings trying to get the trademark back for "Tales from the Crypt" and "Cryptkeeper". If anyone is good a law stuff please chime in. The case has been going on since 2013 and can be found here:
