A little background, which leads me to this investigation.

On April 17th, On Pegasus TG, the community showed concern that funds from DAO wallet and Dev wallet are being liquidated to CRO and USDC. after that Pegasus Team communicated that they won't do it again.

However, this was not the case also not only did the Dao wallet and Dev Wallet solely liquidated but Dao wallets have been drained slowly (Slow Rug), details below.
