Prefacing this small thread by saying the following:
-No, I don't think he used this program to tamper with D2's memory. You'd struggle to find a worse cheat even if you tried.
-I do think he should be unbanned if this program was indeed the reason and he didn't actually use it. But with all that said, people are really misunderstanding what this program is capable of. It's not a "single player game mod to make it enjoyable", it's a memory debugger that works on *any* running program. Which is already a good reason to flag suspicious activity.

Hey all! The TWAB (I'm never calling it that) today was a pretty meaty one with a lot of changes so I thought I'd do a sort of first-thoughts thread about it mostly for my own sake but I hope you get some value out of it as well :D

First off is Ensnaring Slam's cooldown penalty. It currently halves the regen rate for 12 seconds which is just a flat 6-second cooldown increase. This will drop to 3 seconds in PVE now. bungie.net/7/en/News/arti…

Ensnaring Slam: - Reduced class ability regeneration penalty duration by 50% in PvE activities. Threaded Specter: - Now applies the same class ability regeneration penalty used by Ensnaring Slam when the player creates a Threaded Specter. - Increased Threaded Specter detonation damage by 25% vs. PvE combatants.

This all starts with the simple act of throwing on an armor piece with 3 reserve mods when rallying before the encounter starts. Ammo Finder and Scout mods will also be of help but make sure you have an Aeon piece ready for DPS checks.
