1. Search your company’s name and the word “diversity”. In this example, we’ll use Home Depot. 2. Scroll through their DEI page and find their employee network groups. They’ll likely have one for Black, Asian, Latino, Indigenous, LGBT, Disabled, Women, Seniors, and Veterans.
