The case of Swiss Colonel Jacques Baud, whose civil rights were effectively nullified by the EU, caught my attention.

No matter how hard I looked, I couldn't understand exactly what Mr. Baud was accused of.

So I dug into the EU's texts. What I found there is ASTONISHING.
