OK, going to get something off my chest, I don't want people to see this as criticism, but a way to say "think about it".
I have to say I'm not impressed with people who use the #TimeToTalkDay as a way to promote their own business or activities, it seems rather cheap 1/6 and offensive. The day was set up by @MindCharity for people to talk about mental health and stop stigma and some people think it's a way to talk about the activities (free or otherwise) and make a bob or two. I think this is wrong, we should be signposting people to 2/6
