So i will thread together my idea on how to get prem youngsters out on loan whilst at same time limiting the financial burden L1 and L2 clubs have to endure in current times (crazy amounts/conditions attached to many loans incl agents fees/accommodation costs etc) EFL DRAFT - This applies only to 48 clubs in L1/L2 btw & 20 clubs from Premier League. Champ clubs can still do normal loans etc. This is for players aged 17-20 years of age from Premier League Academies this EFL draft Idea from me which benefits them, us and their Prem clubs they belong to-
