At first everyone choosing the bear could have been written off as "doing the bit"
Then the barrage of think pieces of about *why* they chose the bear started, they did this voluntarily too
It went from a kind of "girls rule, boys drool" thing to women genuinely trying to convince everyone that a 600lbs walking wood chipper with butcher knives for fingers is earnestly safer
This is when it became clear this wasn't a bit, but a genuine interpretation

Starting to put two and two together, women are turning to prostitution as a kind of backup vocation because dating apps have turned the dating process for women into a kind of reverse prostitution
Instead of men paying for sex, women are using sex to pay for men
The greater issue here is that hypergamy has never been addressed, and because sex is effectively free for women to give away (It's not actually, at all) they're paying for guys via sex, and then trading them off for a perceived better deal
This perfectly explains why women seem to be getting trashier and nastier their standards seemingly get higher and higher

My daughter was watching the Magic School Bus this morning. It's a show that's really close to my heart because it's a fun educational kids show, but it's one of my earliest memories of something I really liked
And it made me realize something about the millennial experience that doesn't get talked about.
We had a really good childhoods, maybe the best that ever was, and maybe ever will be
We lived through a lot of golden ages in media, things that were only prototyped before or in many cases didn't even exist

Making Butter Pecan Brown Butter Crunch ice cream
Recipe is:
Start by making candied pecans
2 egg whites mixed with 2 tbsp of water
Beat till light and fluffy, not quite soft peaks. Toss in 2c pecan halves and toss too coat
Mix .5c sugar with one pinch each of nutmeg, salt and cinnamon and toss onto coated pecans
