🧵Robert Jenrick donation from The Spott Fitness, linked to Centrovalli Ltd, BVI.
It is interesting for a number of reasons.
Centrovalli were linked to registered charges previously with a series of charges all going to Cordant Group PLC. A company that went into administration
Centrovalli according to the administrator are likely to only receive 10-12% back of the £6 million of charges with Cordant.
Cordant Group PLC major shareholder was Phillip Ullman. A major donor to The New Conservatives Ltd. The Danny Kruger, Mirian Cates group.

🧵The Australian Tax Office (ATO) raid on the Plymouth Brethren offices in Sydney.
I am informed this involved 25+ investigators from the ATO. They were there from Tuesday 19th March. They have taken away computers, phones.
Brethren companies won £3 billion of Covid contract.
I believe ATO visited 12 brethren linked premises as part of this unannounced raid.
In response to the Sydney Morning Herald brethren spokesman Merrick Lloyd Grimshaw said "the church does not operate any businesses or occupy offices at the location where the ATO has visited”.

Exclusive Plymouth Brethren Covid Contracts🧵
When Covid contracts were being awarded, there was a common theme. The Govt used companies owned by members of the Exclusive Plymouth Brethren.
PPE, Tests, Ventilators, Visors, Beds, Packaging all supplied by Brethren companies.
Unispace (later to become Sante), the office design company, awarded £675 million in PPE to the DHSC. Recently shown to have been put through the VIP route by Michael Gove.

Covid Contract Profits 🧵No 1
There are 6 companies that DHSC/UKHSA/SCCL spent more than £1 billion with during the Covid pandemic
This thread looks at the profit of 5 of the 6. I am missing information around Full Support Healthcare
These five companies are:
Innova spend over £5.2 billion for testing
Uniserve spend £1.3 billion for PPE & logistics
Life Technologies spend £1.2 billion for testing
Serco spend £1.1 billion for various Covid services
Tanner Pharma spend £1 billion for testing

Covid Contract 🧵No 13
Visage Ltd, £6.3 million in PPE contracts via the VIP channel
Referrer details lost, the PPE unfit for purpose & the connections to Rishi Sunak's father in law. One of over dozen connections to various Lords & Tories
Visage are a Salford based clothes supplier, a fully owned subsidiary of a Hong Kong family business Li & Fung
Which in turn is part of the larger family business the Fung Group. Owned by brothers William & Victor plus Spencer Fung (son of Victor)
In part 2 I look at the incredible story of a company that had no background in PPE or Testing but became one of the DHSC biggest suppliers in the pandemic
Remember Unispace & their lost VIP referrer
It is important to clarify the Unispace was sold in Feb 2021 after the PPE contracts
This thread looks at Unispace prior to being sold & the new business (Sante) formed by the previous directors
The current owners of Unispace have no connection to the business prior to sale

Meller Designs PPE contracts have been reported on originally by Byline Times, Good Law Project, Open Democracy, The Mirror, The Time & others
I am going to throw light on something highly unusual that I believe has been missed up to now
Meller Designs owner was David Meller
Meller is a Tory party donor & friend of Michael Gove. They were referred via the VIP channel by Gove
It is also reported that Meller contacted Lord Bethell to lobby and speed up the process of contracts award on the 6th April 2020

Ciga Healthcare based in Ballymena NI. Pre pandemic they specialised in diagnostic tests with Suresign pregnancy kits as one of their main products
This has always been one of made favourite Tory Covid contract stories, belt in for this one!
Ciga were awarded 2 contracts for Rapid Antibody Tests on 20th March 2020, without competition
The awards were not published until Jan 2021. The actual contracts are missing from Contracts Finder
The value was £5.3 million & they ran from 20th March to 15th July 2020

Clandeboye Agencies a confectionary wholesaler from Antrim. Won DHSC contracts worth £107.5 million
I have followed this company for the last 3+ years, to try & uncover their profits
This thread also highlights an issue with the Govt DHSC spend reports
Clandeboye won 2 contracts for gowns. I also believe they supplied NHS Wales.
Their DHSC contracts have been well documented. Good Law Project, Panorama & other covering the award of these contracts
I wanted to understand what profit they made

The early days & the first suppliers & dates matter
There were delays in publishing contracts & they were not published in the order they were awarded. I decided to look at the order by award date.
This raises many questions!
Originally this thread was going to look at a company called Toffeln Ltd, one of the very first companies to be awarded a Covid contract & another Plymouth Brethren company with links to a Tory Minister.
It is now part of a wider thread on the first response from Govt

Tower Supplies are a Poole based PPE supplier, who you would expect to be involved during a pandemic
They were awarded £40 million of contracts by DHSC
Approx 25% of the PPE supplied by Tower Supplies was marked as "Do Not Supply" by the govt.
2 contracts were awarded, both for £20.25 million & came via the VIP Channel. Both were for disposable coveralls
On Contract finder, the supplier address for 1 is Dorset, the other is Poole

Blueleaf Ltd based in Horsham, a one stop shop for Care Homes. Awarded a PPE contract by DHSC
I have followed Blueleaf & their parent company Global Consortium Ltd over the last 3+ years. There is an anomaly in the contract award to Blueleaf vs DHSC spend
The contract was awarded on 26th May 2020, for surgical IIR masks. It was worth £4 million. The masks were manufactured by Hunan EEXT Technology & Service co. This was via the VIP channel
The Govt appointed logistics company Uniserve Ltd were collecting from the manufacturer

Accora Ltd are a bed, chair & mattress supplier to care homes & hospitals.
Based in Cambridge they were awarded two Covid contracts. One is not unusual.
The 2nd is however one of the stranger Covid contracts & was awarded via the VIP channel.
The first contract was awarded by NHS Scotland for beds to be supplied to the Glasgow version of the Nightingale hospitals. Value £248k. Makes sense!
The second contract was awarded by the DHSC with a value of £18.7 million. It was for Covid testing - a Covid test lab!!

Inivos Ltd based in Peterborough. In 2020 they were awarded three Covid contracts by the DHSC worth £126.5 million
I have followed this company for the last 3 years. This I consider to be an astonishing story comparable to Medpro & Michelle Mone
The first 2 contracts were awarded in May 2020, were for facemasks & with a value over £9 million.
Like many other companies PPE wasn't what Inivos normally supplied
The 3rd contract for £117 million of gowns was awarded 25th June 2020, it is the start of an astonishing story

Covid Contract 🧵
Origin Packaging are a Hull based pharma packaging company. In Nov 2020 they were awarded a £115 mill covid contract by DHSC.
I have followed their accounts over last 3 years, what happened with this contract is a mystery🤔
Origin had already been awarded a covid contract for £5 million and records suggest this contract was delivered.
Origin accounts clearly show that they were investing heavily in new premises in Scunthorpe and updating labs in Hull.

Where are the profits for Medco Solutions?
Medco Solutions were awarded covid contracts totalling £950 million by DHSC. I have been tracking for the 3 years and they have just published the latest accounts & again it raises questions.
2022 saw a turnover of £289 million & a loss of £2.8 million & they claimed £628k in a tax refund.
Yet in other related party transactions (another company linked to the directors) they paid over £100 million for services received 😯

🧵 Is it possible that one covid contract winner Unispace/Sante were the conduit for 63 different companies that won covid contracts?
Unispace won £680 million in PPE contracts, the company was sold & the directors set up Sante Global. One of the companies in the Sante Group is called Sante Trading Co Ltd (formerly Unispace Health Trading co).
Companies house lists the shareholders of Sante Trading Co Ltd

In Carnforth, Lancashire, you can find a gated business park, 21 Ltd companies are registered at this park. There is a church AKA as a meeting room. This is a modern day operation for the sect known as the Plymouth Brethren Christian Church. @fascinatorfun
Some of the companies registered have links to Covid Contracts, some have links to the family of church leader Bruce Hales. I don't think I have seen a gated business park with a church before where all the companies are linked to members of one sect.

The sons of Australian based Plymouth Brethren Church leader Bruce Hales have direct links to companies that were awarded over £2 billion of Covid Contracts awarded in the UK.
Contains new research.
Medco Solutions were awarded almost £950 million of covid contracts.
Origin Packaging were awarded over £121 million of covid contracts
Unispace/Sante/Sterilab (all linked) were awarded on £940 million of covid contracts.
So over £2 billion all with strong links to one family.
