Whether you like the way he does things or not, President Kagame has done a lot to develop his country and has attempted to break free of traditional traps/try a different path than many of his neighboring countries have.
Western political systems were always promoted as the best vehicle to attain prosperity, often delivered by force to the rest of the world, but what really was it that delivered wealth to the West?

To knock Palestinians down & make sure they never get back up, you must destroy the very people who have the best hope of uplifting their people. Doctors, engineers, educators, the journalists who tell their stories & middle class people working their way up the best they can.

BREAKING: The US federal government has cut off the electricity supply and blocked the entry of food and fuel to Maine as part of a “total siege” strategy adopted on Thursday, in retaliation against the the Lewiston shooter.
Image While Maine residents will not be permitted to cross into New Hampshire, the US government has said the right thing for Canada to do is open their borders to them, considering the humanitarian crisis that will unfold as a result of these cuts.

This South African man, who once called the apartheid a delicious cake his grandpa enjoyed, is disgusted by "stupid" Chinese & "corrupt" Africans buying lavish luxury products/houses, but gushes over wealthy Americans & their big homes sufficiently separated from poor people. In China he managed to feel "positive discrimination" and a skin colour privledge he always wished for, but is now cashing in on Sinophobia full-time, rebranding his experiences, crapping on the people who warmly welcomed him & saying America's the only place with no real racism. twitter.com/i/web/status/1…

Dog whistles of course aren't always built on logic, but they're usually at least a bit better at appearing more ambiguous/discrete than this. twitter.com/i/web/status/1… The virus spread freely for years elsewhere as he's complained about China not opening up. He wanted to travel in & out of China for so long and isn't concerned about the virus being brought in, but suddenly wants to once again paint Chinese folks as disruptive virus spreaders.

I told Canada's state broadcaster, ironically looking for state-sponsored influencers, how integrity-lacking media gives state-sponsored ASPI a free pass. They cut that out of their final report & proceeded to invite ASPI on with a free pass, never once mentioning their funding. From our half-hour interview they used 3.5 seconds, didn't air my response to the claims made against me in their report, making it deliberately sound like I said the opposite of what I actually said. They privately agreed I was misrepresented and promised to issue corrections.

A classic. China's Ministry of Foreign Affairs taking the BBC to school. Correction: The BBC journalist in the video above wasn't Laura Kuenssberg, but Kathy Long (@ProducerKathy). Kathy was also caught lying in Xinjiang as well as breaking her promises made to people she ambushed while trying to manufacture a story.

Also...

Oct 2005 - Al Qaeda bombed a hotel in Baghdad full of journalists, there covering the referendum.

Sep 2022 - Ukraine bombed a hotel in Kherson full of journalists, there covering the referendum.

And you can probably guess which of these got wide mainstream coverage.

The ex-Jihadist I interviewed last yr said to me me for months that he thinks Ukraine & their Nazis have been trained by the same folks many salafist terror groups have. Now Ukraine's new promo video follows the exact same format that ISIS uses. Excerpt:

[When creating a lie, avoid repeating or answering inconvenient context irreconcilable with your propaganda] is HRW's modus operandi, I'm happy to see HRW staff getting closer to just admitting it directly now. If you mistakenly believe Yaqiu is an honest actor, the most charitable interpretation of her admission is - she doesn't trust your judgement nor want you thinking on your own, and her purpose is to convince you to believe something specific rather than tell you a complete story.

Earthquake was just felt in Chongqing. Seeing a bunch of group chats light up with people talking about how much they felt their buildings shake. 6.6 magnitude, epicenter in Western Sichuan.

With China recently announcing the waiving of 23 loans for 17 African nations, its a good time to reshare this gem from 2018. "50 years of development partnership w/the West is what we have in Africa.. we haven't seen much change"

"concretely, empirically, on the ground, China's engagement in Africa has always resulted in some productive asset or some productive sector being left (infrastructure, etc)"

Check out what Vicky Xu calls an "abusive" question while she's caught red handed lying (unsurprising) about Robbie's tweet, in a desperate attempt to avoid answering a question that would've implicated her in a massive propaganda scandal that impacted the livelihoods of Uyghurs. Keep in mind, Robbie has told this story many times before, it's always been consistent. Vicky never accused Robbie of ambushing her before (or stalking - even though they've only met twice) until desperately needing an accountability escape route. This is from an Aug 2021 convo:

This suddenly seems all the more ridiculous now. Image The "Global Gender Superpower" program looks silly too now, then again, many of you might already be aware that by design, the US' hyperfocus on issues abroad has been meant not only to distract you from issues at home, but also to be weaponized as foreign policy tools of war. Retired Col. Richard Black, former head of the US Army's Criminal Law division at The Pentagon, on the threat to global peace. John Perkins said something similar to Richard on the safety that comes with working with China vs the US, and although he can't imagine a new global power being any different than the US, he has to concede that he has no evidence of it with China.

A brilliant professionally written report that's a pleasure to read, decimating HRW & Amnesty's astonishingly dishonest and/or amateur Xinjiang investigation which led to real consiquenses for the livelihoods of ordinary people, much to the pleasure of US foreign policymakers. Darren Byler was a key witness to the Uyghur forced labour claims. I'll add context on his evidence threshold. He ripped off a video from a Uyghur TikToker, cropping out his Douyin ID from the bottom so you can't find his account and called it forced labour for no good reason.

The Washington DC based "Prime Minister" of "East Turkistan". Some folks tied up with these Washington DC based Uyghur groups are a bit more direct about supporting the idea of ethnically cleansing Xinjiang of even its original inhabitants.

I wonder how many of Drew's followers understand he doesn't really care about the issues he leeches off of for personal attention purposes. I'd guess some see through his narcissism, but appreciate Drew's dog whistling that creates socially acceptable outlets for racism & bigotry Demonizing the foods that a culture eats is an old Nazi propaganda technique. That by itself isn't enough to conclude what Drew really is, but when viewed in the context of the rest of his work, the truth becomes inescapable.

Thanks again for having me on @Chriscoveries. If expenses were paid, would you film & accompany a Muslim holding a sign saying "Naftali Bennett F*** Your Mother" in Hebrew outside Chabad Jewish Community Centre in Port Melbourne? Would you expect/understand an angry reaction? For this social experiment to work, kids should be present to replicate Drew's stunt more accurately. In the initial reporting/social media posts, any angry people must ONLY be characterised as Israeli Apartheid supporters, even if they said they were offended by the language.

Drew is staying committed to his incomplete translation even after being continually called out. This not only demonstrates a textbox narcissist-level comfort with lying, but he potentially understands the implications of providing his audience with the full translation & context Drew's calls any Chinese reacting to his antics Chinese nationalists. If a Chinese guy went to an expat area of Shanghai w/English speaking kids around to display a sign that said Biden F*uck(s) your mother, he'd also be called a nationalist & would empathise with angry reactions

In 2019 Dean Phillips signed a document asking the State Department to recognize Ukraine's Azov military battalion as a Nazi terrorist organization.

In 2022 Dean Phillips signed a bill providing billions in funding for the Ukrainian military and calls the Nazi claims "absurd". ImageImageImage In fact, every single one of the 31 members of Congress who signed the document condemning the Azov battalion as a Nazi terrorist group, and who are still members of congress today, signed a bill approving billions of dollars that will reach that very same Nazi terrorist group. Here was the exchange that Eric and I had. My reply, which included inconvenient facts long ignored by AP, was totally dropped from his article in which he spent a considerable amount of time convincing readers that no one he reached out to meaningfully engaged/responded to him. ImageImageImageImage A considerable amount of airtime WAS however given to Winston Sterzel & Matthew Tye, who ironically actually DO make content as their source of income. By uncritically including their views, this indicates that either @etuckerAP didn't do due diligence, OR endorses their views.
