Here's a beginner/intermediate neck workout that will increase strength, size and flexibility of your neck.
NOTE: The warmup exercises can be useful enough if you're new to neck training.
Warm up: Shoulder Bridge - 2 x 20 reps.
- Start on your back with knees bent
- Push through the legs over the shoulder
- Look in the direction you are going and try to touch the floor

Here’s 3 quad and calve focused exercises for ACL and PCL rehab.
I filmed these for my own ACL rehab but I’m currently using them with a patient who is recovering from a PCL tear sustained in a BJJ match.
Isometric on the quads with a more soleus biased calve raise.
With PCL injuries, maintaining strength of calves and quads play a crucial role in recovery as the hamstring will pull the lower leg backwards.
Use a range that you feel comfortable.
