Today the MA House is about to debate the #VOTESAct and I added an extremely wonky amendment regarding the designation of votes as “inactive” #MAPoli #MALeg A voter is determined to be “inactive” if they fail to respond to a municipal census. You can be someone who votes in every election but still considered “inactive” because you missed a mailing #MAPoli #MALeg
