@BeckyQuick There appear to be two factors that limit the spread: effective contact tracing and whole population use of masks.

@TectonixGEO created this animation using cell phone GPS data. Google and Apple have the same data for most of the population. When someone tests positive, why aren't they providing direct and indirect contacts with contact information within minutes?
