Regarding the terrorist attack in Moscow: the FSB and the Putin regime are perfectly capable of blowing up their own people for political reasons. In this case, however, it appears we are dealing with an attack by ISIS. So far, very little is known. But the fact that U.S. intelligence knew that an attack was being planned is a strong indication that they learned of it from sources in the Middle East. If this was planned by the FSB, they almost certainly would not have known about it in advance.
