I think the biggest disappointment in adulthood for me is how few adults are willing to do the right thing when it might cost them something - particularly when tens of millions of children are being harmed. There’s an almost-insurmountable amount of time, energy, and money devoted into manipulating adults.

Say nothing and do nothing, and you will not lose economic opportunities or relationships.

Speak or act against those harming children, and there will be consequences.
