Covid-19 is likely widespread in the US, b/c the CDC is just now getting a trickle of test kits to states. They sent out defective test kits 2 wks ago that were returned. Yesterday, all states started to receive kits. CA has a few hundred kits for a population of 40M. You can thank @realDonaldTrump for the 3rd world performance of the CDC. He slashed their budget. The US is one of the worst prepared nations for Covid-19. He tried to downplay it saying we only have 15 cases. BTW, there are 60, and it's likely a far higher number. No one knows.
