Many of us agree that the NHS is not fit for purpose and needs replaced. What would you replace it with? For starters, I would take most of the powers for running it away from government. Health Board/Trust members would have to stand for election in that area. There would be much less managers. More managerial power would be given to senior clinicians.

Having lot's of money in the bank right now isn't a good idea. Especially with the way the economy is heading. Buy some gold and silver. Get a safe for your home and put cash in that. Consider joining a credit union. Bitcoin is also an option. But I don't know enough to give advice on that.
