On the topic of fear: it's essential purpose is to keep you safe. Best to respect this and learn to always be recognizing/analyzing. What is this REALLY about? What you find is a prediction and then a prediction about that prediction. Iterate on those. Find the root fear.

How and why what we do: 🧵... Seems like we think (analyze) and then we do (choose). We actually feel first (middle and last). The feelings provide both context and summarize our analyses. Seems like we decide and do based on the thinking but it's actually the feeling about the thinking. Confidence (or fear) are the easiest feelings to access - as you are thinking about this.
