I can argue the pros & cons of bombing Iran. Part of me is in a “damn right” mode since I saw what Iran did when resupplying IED components in killing GIs. I know intimately how they coordinate terror. I know.
What I can’t get around is that Congress had no input. 1/4
We allowed another country, Israel, to start a war and then to beg the US to “help” because they couldn’t finish it. We bombed with conflicting intelligence. We bombed without debate, without congressional authorities. Maybe we were in on it from the beginning. I don’t know. 2/4
