It's 3 years since we had our first official open science working group meeting (@prosprPsych), and I wanted to reflect a bit on how quickly I've observed a culture change my own department in Lancaster in the last few years. 1/n @prosprPsych 2/ When I started in Lancaster in 2013, there was little going on in terms of the things we consider to be part of open science/open scholarship. An individual or two were sharing data, but they were the exception rather than the norm.
