Over half of New York City food stamp applicants are forced to wait for their benefits to arrive as staff at the understaffed Human Resources Administration fail to keep pace with demand. citylimits.org/2022/12/23/as-… @NYCHRA and @nysotda need to come together to create a plan of action that immediately addresses this. Families in need should not be forced to wait for a better day. We have a moral responsibility to fix this now
