A federal jury has returned a 22-count indictment against disbarred attorney & convicted murderer Alex Murdaugh related to several financial schemes.

 The charges including, “conspiracy to commit wire fraud and bank fraud; bank fraud; wire fraud; and money laundering" Murdaugh attorneys Dick Harpootlian & Jim Griffin statement: "Alex has been cooperating with the US Attorneys’ Office and federal agencies in their investigation of a broad range of activities. We anticipate that the charges brought today will be quickly resolved without a trial"

Ten people were killed today in shooting at the King Soopers Supermarket, according to Boulder Police Chief Maris Harold at a press conference happening now. Officer Eric Talley, who had been on the Boulder Police force since 2010, was the first law enforcement officer to respond to the scene, according to Chief Maris Herold. He was shot and killed.

A divided Supreme Court said Monday that ballots in Wisconsin could be counted only if they are received by Election Day amidst the pandemic, dealing a victory to the Republican-led Wisconsin state legislature.
The vote was 5-3, @Arianedevogue reports. Democrats in Wisconsin had asked the court to allow the counting of ballots that arrive up to six days after Election Day if they were postmarked by Election Day.

A federal appeals court had ruled in favor of the Republicans.

FBI determined it had been up since at least 2019 and that Wallace was not targeted.

Jordan Anchondo died shielding her 2-month-old son from gunfire in El Paso- her aunt, Liz Terry, told CNN. The baby survived.

The 24 y/o mother of three was shopping for back to school supplies when she was murdered.

Her husband, Andre Anchondo, is still unaccounted for. This quote from Jordan Anchondo’s aunt Liz Terry:

"The baby still had her blood on him. You watch these things and see these things and you never think this is going to happen to your family. How do parents go school shopping and then die shielding their baby from bullets?"
