Warrants are exchangeable at their BS value for same $ value in # of shares.
E.g Warrant valued at $1 & stock at $1, 1 warrant gets 1 share. If stock at $0.2, 1 warrant gets 5 shares.
Result is death spiral on stock price like $MULN.
